Most Jockey wheels have a serviceable part called a thrust bearing.
If your jockey wheel is Sticking or grinding when raising or lowering, this is a typical sign that your thrust bearing and washers are due for replacement and the shaft is due for a clean.
You simply remove the jockey wheel handle, remove the shaft from the bottom and you will see where the bearing (or what is left of it) sits.
Fits alko, Manutec, ARK and others.
The bearing dimensions are: 32mm O.D. x 16mm I.D. x 11mm thick.
